Project Manager (m/v/x)
iFLUX
As climate change and pollution increasingly threaten our limited freshwater resources, protecting groundwater has become more urgent than ever. With approximately half of our drinking water coming from groundwater, iFLUX enables better protection and sustainable management of this vital resource.
As a growing organization, we're looking for a Project Manager who ensures technical projects run smoothly and efficiently, brings structure to a dynamic context, and contributes to the further development of our services.
Do you identify with our values of keeping things down-to-earth and actionable, embracing dynamic change, and doing good for people and water? Then join our team!
What will you do as Project Manager at iFLUX?
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete execution of our projects. Working closely with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients, you maintain overview, set priorities where needed, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Specifically, this means:
- Lead multiple technical projects simultaneously – from client request to completion.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor deadlines, budgets and priorities.
- Coordinate internally with our technical experts, R&D, sales and support teams.
- Support the Sales Manager by translating client requests into practical and executable plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners and subcontractors.
- Help improve and implement processes, with an eye for scalability.
The successful candidate will work in an environment that is constantly evolving. As the person who brings structure and overview without blocking the dynamics, you will enjoy ownership, make decisive choices and think solution-oriented.
