About the Position
IH2O Asia is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated self-starter with exceptional writing and communication skills. The Associate will be based in Singapore and will support operations, business development and communications activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Program Operations & Communications
- Support planning, design and implementation of startup training sessions
- Coordinate and track year-long virtual startup mentors program
- Monitor startup engagement and performance as well as program impact
- Coordinate email campaigns and program updates for startups and partners
- Support in-person startup and partner events in Singapore and the region
- Design and draft program and event collateral
- Update program webpage and/or draft/post on social media
- Conduct research and interviews to develop blog or video content
Business Development
- Support updating of partner and startup CRM
- Conduct research to support startup market entry, pilot project design and/or generate insights to share with partners and supporters
- Represent the organization at industry events or partner/vendor meetings, if needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate through recent internship and/or full-time professional experiences:
- Strong project management and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed as well as manage ambiguity or changing priorities
- Interest in water innovation, entrepreneurship and/or venture capital
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a lean team
- Bachelors degree or Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident
- A background in a related field and/or familiarity with water or environmental technologies is preferred but not required

- This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
