Executes the planning, design, and architecture of the sustainability software platform, ensuring it delivers on functionality, usability, and scalability.
Collaborates closely with software developers, business development, sustainability experts, and other stakeholders to transform sustainability challenges into effective software solutions.
Supports the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with both market demands and sustainability objectives.
Implements thorough testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the platform's high performance and reliability.
Stays updated on sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) trends to maintain the platform's relevance and impact.
Develops training modules for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Business Management, Accounting, Engineering with interest in Sustainability ESG
Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate sustainability and project management but open for fresh graduates

Technical Skills / Competencies:

Knowledge and experience in global environmental standards and frameworks: such as Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and others
Ability and/or knowledge in Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Carbon Emissions
Experience designing or redesigning an ESG program
