Job Description:

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in operating test bed bioreactors at our facility in Ahmedabad. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering, who are adept at performing heat transfer, mass transfer calculations, and possess a thorough understanding of fundamental physics and chemistry principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating test bed bioreactors and conducting lab-level experiments to develop and optimize product designs.
  • Performing heat transfer and mass transfer calculations to analyze and improve process efficiency.
  • Designing and running experiments to validate hypotheses and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate experimental results into actionable insights for product development.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to protocols, safety standards, and data integrity guidelines throughout the experimentation process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations for future reference and analysis.

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • MVT certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's or Post Doc degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in heat transfer, mass transfer calculations, and fundamental principles of physics and chemistry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and following protocols.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
