Roles & Responsibilities

Your job title will be Sustainability Business Manager, supporting the CEO, based in Singapore. You shall undertake duties and exercise such powers as Pure Active Water Pte Ltd shall from time to time assign or vest in you including and not limited to:

  1. Accounting & Finance:
  • Enhance business sustainability
  • Take into consideration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) metrics
  • Manage payment schedules and ensure invoices, salaries, bill payments are proper and prompt.
  • Maintain financial records relating to AR/AP functions such as cash flow forecasts
  • understand the principles of sustainable finance
  • Assist with processing staff expense claims ensuring the supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation and records for monthly reconciliation for GST submission.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
  • Report of expenses, investments, and revenues,
  • Grant application & administration,
  • Manage product and spare parts inventory
  1. Human Resources:
  • adoption of HRM strategies and practices that enable the achievement of financial, social, and ecological goals
  • Perform the full spectrum of HR activities such as personnel administration (proper records organization), salary administration, employee movement (transfers/promotion/confirmation/resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities.
  • Provide HR support in recruitment from sourcing to placement, drafting of the job advertisement and facilitate interviews and follow up to identify suitable candidates for mid-level hiring.
  • Prepare applications for various relevant grants offered by the government agencies.
  • Handle global travel arrangement that includes booking of air tickets, arrange for appropriate visas, lodging, transportation, plan travel itinerary, match travel plan with business meeting schedule etc.
  • Assists with calendar management. Able to coordinate daily activities, prioritize inquiries and requests, as well as troubleshoot conflicts. Will work in conjunction with the various employees and management to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Works closely and effectively with CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  1. Marketing & Sales:
  • Integrate ESG into our corporate strategy and business decisions.
  • Manage website and support development of marketing campaigns
  • Carry market analysis: competitors, prices, legal and regulatory framework
  • Analyse sustainability issues and the existing and emerging laws
  • Prepare and present commercial decks for client prospects and investors
  • Manage CRM for prospects, clients, and suppliers
  • View all our clients’ needs through the 'sustainability lens'
  • Follow up on after-sales activities (e.g. query management…)
  • Develop customer satisfaction survey
  • Animate social media platform (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter…)
  • Create key visuals and launch of suitable publicity materials
  • Manage expo events participation process: including design, operations and logistics
