Job Summary: As a Customer Success Manager at Aprisium, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our real-time contamination monitoring solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding and Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to use our solutions effectively.

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer within Aprisium.

• Customer Success Planning: Work with customers to develop success plans, outlining their goals, success metrics, and strategies for achieving them using our products.

• Proactive Support: Monitor customer usage and health metrics, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or challenges to ensure continuous value delivery.

• Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the product and development teams to drive product improvements and innovation.

• Renewals and Upsells: Drive customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Aprisium, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into our strategic planning.

• Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key customer success metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team on customer health and satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, Business).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technology and the ability to quickly learn and explain complex solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships both internally and externally.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
