  • Helping irrigated farms in Nebraska manage water more efficiently and sustainably to protect our water supply

What you will do:

We're seeking a Customer Success Field Technician to join our team, specializing in agricultural technology and irrigation solutions. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our clients' success by providing on-site technical support and guidance and directly engaging with farmers to optimize the use of our electronic equipment in their fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with farmers to understand their needs and challenges, providing personalized technical support and guidance.
  • Install and configure Arable's electronic equipment in farm fields, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions to educate farmers on the use and maintenance of our technology solutions, emphasizing best practices and maximizing yield.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to our engineering and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, and equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in customer success or client-facing roles, preferably in the agricultural or technology sector.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of electronics, sensors, and agricultural technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving positive outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel to farm locations in North Platte, Nebraska, and surrounding areas as needed.
