We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and eager to contribute to strategic sourcing, employer branding initiatives, and the overall success of our Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Manage logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.
Candidate Experience:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring they feel supported throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
Strategic Sourcing Support:
- Build targeted sourcing lists and review inbound applicants in support for critical roles.
- Partner with recruiters to identify new sourcing channels and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Research talent markets and suggest innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
Employer Branding Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create engaging content that highlights company culture and values.
- Gather employee testimonials and success stories to use in promotional materials.
Process Support:
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other hiring tools.
- Post job descriptions to career sites, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers in tracking progress and following up on hiring timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide insights for a smoother hiring workflow.
Pre-Employment Coordination:
- Manage background check processes and ensure compliance with all hiring policies.
- Coordinate offer letters and onboarding handoff with HR/People Operations.
