proprietary filtration technology with IoT-enabled monitoring systems within water infrastructure that

forward-thinking public, private, and nongovernmental partners.
In India, the company is primarily involved in the deployment of Arsenic and Fluoride removal water
treatment plants along with the development of advanced nanotechnology-based hybrid water-filter media.
Drinkwell's technology has been developed with backing from the US State Department & India
Department of Science and Technology, been implemented in the field with funding from organizations
such as Tata Trusts & the US Agency for International Development, is backed by leading social impact
funds such as Danone Communities, Global Innovation Fund, and TPG Rise Fund, and has been covered
by the Economist, BBC, Forbes, CNN, and others.
You will report to Dr. Michael Scott German (Drinkwell R&D Director, Board Member & Co-Founder) at the
company's office at Hemkunda Estate, B.B.T Road, Maheshtala, Kolkata-700141. As Technical Manager
(manufacturing, lab and field) you will perform the following duties:
• Supervise manufacturing/synthesis and development of different water filter media in our lab/work site
and meet/attain the target production schedule as agreed by company's management
• Perform quality testing, analyses, and testing of water samples at lab depending upon requirements
• Supervise treatment plant installation, trial run, testing and commissioning of water treatment plants,
services for maintenance, provide technical guidance to technicians/technical assistants for
problem-solving & troubleshooting
• Maintain records and data for laboratory analyses, records of stock for raw materials & finished goods,
production logs and material dispatch log, along with preparation of reports related to laboratory work
and site activities
