EF Polymer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Executive for the Domestic Market. The role involves handling sales within India by targeting local clients and customers through telecalling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client follow-ups, maintaining the sales pipeline, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring strong customer relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Generate leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools

· Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers

· Explain product/service features and benefits

· Maintain daily call reports and sales pipeline

· Coordinate with field sales / operations team

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

· Maintain customer database in CRM

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or a related field.

· MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

· 1-3 years of experience in similar role within agri input industry.

PREFERRED SKILLS & TRAITS

· Excellent communication (written + verbal) in English and Hindi; regional language familiarity is a plus

· Data-informed, outcome-driven, and growth-oriented

· Good negotiation and convincing skills

· Basic Excel/CRM knowledge

· Target-oriented mindset.
