Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own our marketing efforts and drive them in line with our aggressive growth strategy. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels that will assist to drive our growth.

What you will be doing

  • Conceptualize, develop, deploy and lead the execution of marketing programs, driving collaboration with the stakeholders
  • Management of all marketing material, website, social media, branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead the content creation for our website, blog and social media accounts that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Research and analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
  • Work with and manage third-party marketing agencies.
  • Management and execution of the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, video conferences and industry-related events.
  • Lead internal communications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Extensive knowledge and proven experience of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Experience with SEO
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
