Who we are looking for

As our Engineering Manager, you will lead our team in product development, design, engineering,

and innovation in water treatment technologies. This pivotal role involves translating client needs

and R&D findings into practical engineering documents and innovative products while supporting

the business development team.

What you will be doing

Product Development and Features:

  • Lead the design and development of new water treatment products, focusing on process design, automation, and mechanical and electrical aspects.
  • Continuously improve existing products, incorporating client feedback and technological advancements.

Collaboration with Project Team:

  • Work closely with the project team to provide all the engineering details throughout theprojects from contract all the way to manufacturing and execution.

Team Management and Development:

  • Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and company vision.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Client-Centric Design:

  • Work closely with clients and the operation team to understand their requirements and incorporate these into product design.
  • Liaise with the R&D team to transform research findings into viable, market-ready
  • products.

Collaboration with Business Development:

  • Assist the business development team in creating technical proposals and presentations.
  • Provide technical expertise in client meetings and product demonstrations.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop strategic plans for the engineering department, focusing on long-term technology development.
  • Ensure the engineering team’s projects are aligned with overall business objectives and industry standards.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Significant experience in leading an engineering team and execution of projects preferably in the water industry or at least in other industries such as oil & gas.
  • Strong background in working and leading multidisciplinary teams such as mechanical, electrical and process.
  • Strong process driven mentality and detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation and a desire to positively impact the world, and an interest to make a difference in the water space
