Looking for a Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to execute our initial plans and help us meet our market entry growth targets. We are in the early stages of global expansion and you will be responsible for crafting sales plans, lead generation, nurture existing partnerships and participate in various events.


  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Setup a sales team within 12 months of operations

Requirements and skills

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Previous experience as a sales representative in a climate related software organization or similar
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Willing to work in an independent and fast-paced startup environment

Travel and Schedule

  • This is a Europe Regional Role
  • Work schedule is Hybrid (Remote - London Office - Sales Activities)
  • Travel to the Philippines once a year
