Our core product, SAMS, is the industry leading platform within this software space delivering browser and mobile-based data acquisition, management and reporting services. Being in business for over 10 years, our dedicated and knowledgeable staff deliver timely implementation and support of operationally critical solutions to our clients. The Support & Implementation Project Manager will provide general support to SAMS users through email and on occasion through phone calls. The successful candidate will also work with the Implementation Director and Implementation Specialists to support new Client software implementations and software configurations.
