Position Overview: The Sales Account Executive at NJBSoft will be responsible for developing, leading, and motivating a team of software sales professionals to achieve revenue targets within your designated geographic region. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
