SAMS is an integrated solution for utility compliance and operations.Role OverviewLead the implementation of SAMS compliance software solutions for public utilities and private infrastructure operators; coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities- Primary point of contact for clients during all phases of implementation- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation- Manage familiarity sessions, data migration, configuration, UAT, and go-live- Coordinate developers, data engineers, implementation application engineers- Conduct status meetings and progress reports; facilitate change management and training- Ensure documentation, version control, and configuration management; identify and mitigate risks; collaborate with product and engineeringRequirements- 5+ years of project management in SaaS implementations; Bachelor’s degree- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships; manage cross-functional teams- Excellent communication; strong organization and process management- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com)Preferred Skills- Experience with government software integrations; utilities/environmental compliance; PMP/PMI-ACP; familiarity with GIS, SCADA, CMMS, or LIMS; EPA compliance reporting; knowledge of environmental regulationsWhy Join Us & Benefits- Established team, industry-leading platform, exposure to utility compliance technology, collaborative SaaS environment- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; Life insurance; Retirement plan; Paid time offEqual Employment OpportunitySend your resume and position of interest to Info@njbsoft.com to apply.
