Location: Remote. Reports To: Implementation Director. Job Type: Full-time, Remote. Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 per year. About Us: We provide SaaS compliance solutions for utilities through the SAMS platform. Role Overview: Experienced Project Manager to lead implementation of SAMS solutions for public utilities and private operators, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Key responsibilities include primary client contact, project planning/scheduling/resource allocation, managing familiarity sessions, data migration, configuration, UAT, go-live, coordinating internal teams, status meetings and reporting, change management, training and adoption, documentation and configuration management, risk/issue mitigation, and collaborating with product/engineering on feedback. Requirements: 5+ years project management in SaaS implementations; bachelor’s degree; ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships; manage cross-functional teams; excellent communication; strong organization; proficiency with Microsoft Suite and PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com). Preferred: government software integrations, utilities/environmental compliance, PMP/PMI-ACP, experience with utility departments/consulting firms, familiarity with GIS/SCADA/CMMS/LIMS, EPA reporting platforms, knowledge of environmental compliance.
