The SAMS platform is an integrated solution for utility compliance and operations needs.Role Overview: Lead implementation of SAMS compliance software solutions for public utilities and private infrastructure operators. Coordinate cross-functional teams, engage client stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary client contact during implementation phases.- Lead project planning, task management and scheduling, and resource allocation.- Schedule and manage data migration, configuration, UAT, and go-live.- Coordinate internal teams (developers, data engineers, applications engineers).- Run status meetings and provide progress reports.- Facilitate change management, client training, and user adoption.- Ensure documentation, version control, and configuration management.- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.- Collaborate with product/engineering on feedback and roadmap.Requirements:- 5+ years project management in SaaS implementations.- Bachelor’s degree.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.- Ability to manage cross-functional teams.- Excellent verbal/written communication; strong organization and process management.- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, or similar).Preferred Skills: Government software integrations; utilities or environmental compliance; PMP/PMI-ACP; experience with water/wastewater utilities or consulting firms; familiarity with GIS, SCADA, CMMS, or LIMS; experience with EPA reporting platforms; knowledge of environmental compliance regulations.Benefits: Dental, Health, Life, PTO, Retirement, Vision.
