Post-Implementation Technical Support. Location: Remote. Reports To: Director of Implementation. Job Type: Full-Time, Remote. Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 per year. The SAMS platform is an integrated solution for utility compliance and operations. Role Overview: Seeking a Technical Support – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support customers post-implementation, owning support after go-live, collaborating with Implementation, Product, and Development, and translating operational challenges into platform improvements. Key responsibilities include managing technical issues and enhancements, supporting legacy customers, creating training materials, troubleshooting complex workflows, and maintaining 24–48 hour response times. Requirements: 3+ years in municipal water/wastewater/IPP/FOG or 3+ years in technical support; experience in a software/SaaS environment; excellent communication. Desired: subject matter expertise, training content creation, troubleshooting software issues, CRM skills, autonomy, SQL/basic query skills.
