Location: Remote. Reports To: Co-CEOs. Job Type: Full-time or significant part-time (~30–40 hours/week). Compensation: ~$50,000 per year. Role Overview: Highly organized Administrative & Finance Operations Coordinator to support finance and administrative workflows with strong organization, follow‑through, and clear communication. Key responsibilities include invoicing operations (creation, delivery, tracking), payment monitoring and light collections, coordinating state notices and employment mail, managing recurring compliance tasks and one-off administrative projects, HR onboarding/offboarding documentation, and handbook updates. Requirements: Proficiency with Excel and modern SaaS tools; attention to detail; experience with invoicing/A/R or light bookkeeping; ability to manage recurring processes independently. Preferred: experience with payroll/accounting/CRM software; familiarity with state filings, benefits, payroll; comfort reviewing contract billing terms.
