Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAMS compliance software solutions for public utilities and private infrastructure operators. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with client stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and operational goals. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during all phases of software implementation projects.- Lead project planning, task management and scheduling, and resource allocation in coordination with other project managers and the Director of Client Services.- Schedule and manage software familiarity sessions, data migration, configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.- Closely coordinate internal teams including Implementation Consultants, Developers, Implementation Engineers, and Integration Engineers.- Conduct regular project status meetings and deliver timely progress reports to clients and internal leadership.- Facilitate change management, client training, and user adoption strategies.- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and configuration management of the implementation lifecycle.- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
