Job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Wiring Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute precise panel wiring, nomenclature, and panel diagram creation for various electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical wiring, a strong understanding of electrical schematics, and the ability to follow technical instructions to ensure accurate and reliable panel assembly.

Duties:
Panel Wiring:
- Perform electrical wiring of control panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components according to schematic diagrams and engineering specifications.
- Ensure that wiring is completed with precision, maintaining neatness and adherence to safety standards.
- Inspect and test wired panels to ensure proper functionality and compliance with quality standards.
Nomenclature:
- Accurately label wires, components, and panels using standardized nomenclature practices.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of wiring and labeling for future reference and troubleshooting.
Panel Diagram Creation:
- Create and update electrical panel diagrams, including wiring layouts, connection details, and component placements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret and implement design changes or modifications.
- Ensure that all diagrams are clear, accurate, and in compliance with industry standards.
Technical Support:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving wiring and electrical issues during panel assembly and installation.
- Provide technical support to other team members and departments as needed.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing wiring tasks.
- Ensure that all work meets industry standards, codes, and company quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certification or training in electrical wiring and panel assembly is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Electrical Wiring Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with panel wiring, creating panel diagrams, and nomenclature practices.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, symbols, and industry-standard wiring techniques.
- Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for wiring and assembly tasks.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and diagram creation.
Good to have:
- Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI.
- Basic knowledge in Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen.
