We are seeking a tenured Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the full People charter across SatSure and KaleidEO. This role is central to shaping culture, building leadership capability, and scaling people systems as we grow worldwide. The CHRO will manage and mentor a diverse People & Culture team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and accountability. The ideal candidate combines strategic HR leadership with the ability to roll up their sleeves and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment.

At KaleidEO, we are shaping the future of Earth Observation and putting Indian space tech on the global map.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Strategy & Culture – Define and drive HR strategy aligned to business goals; safeguard and evolve culture and values.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand – Lead the TA team and build scalable hiring engines across India and international markets.
- Performance & Growth – Lead performance management, career frameworks, and leadership development.
- Compensation & Rewards – Design transparent, competitive C&B and equity programs tied to business outcomes.
- People Operations & Compliance – Oversee HR operations (including admin and IT), HRIS, policies, and compliance across geographies.
- Leadership& Business Partnering – Serve as an advisor to the CEO, Board, and leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and business partnering.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives to ensure an equitable and diverse workplace.
- Hands-On Execution – Balance strategic direction with operational ownership: from closing senior hires to driving policy rollouts, engagement, and interventions directly.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15–20 years’ HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role in a growth-stage startup.
- Proven success in tech startups; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid scaling.
- Potent mix of strategic agility and execution discipline; willing to get into details.
- High EQ, executive presence, and ability to influence CXOs and investors.
