About SewerAI Corporation

SewerAI is transforming underground infrastructure management through AI-powered inspection and risk analysis. Our platform helps contractors, engineering firms, and utilities unlock valuable insights from sewer inspection data—turning hours of manual video review into actionable intelligence in minutes. After doubling our customer base over the past year, we’re now entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth.

THE ROLE

Run a full-cycle sales motion against small and mid-sized municipal and utility accounts — the segment where speed wins. You prospect. You demo. You close. You own the relationship. No SDR underneath you, no CSM behind you. The book is bigger, the cycles are shorter, and the close-or-pass call is yours.

This is a builder's seat for a closer who wants the whole cycle, not a slice of it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • New logos. Land 8–12 new-logo customers a year in the $15–20K starting-ACV range.

  • A territory. A patch of SMB municipal and utility prospects, segmented by population — clear lanes, no firmographic guesswork.

  • The full cycle. Outbound prospecting (you make the calls), discovery, demo, offer, contract, kickoff, and expansion.

  • Clean pipeline. Disciplined CRM hygiene and weekly forecasts within 10% of actual.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Must-haves

  • 1+ years in a closing or full-cycle sales role — or a strong SDR/BDR track record and the readiness to step into full-cycle.

  • Comfort running your own outbound. You build your own pipeline and you make the calls.

  • A fast, offer-driven closing style. You'd rather lose a deal quickly than let it stall for months.

  • The ability to get fluent fast in PACP, NASSCO, and CCTV inspection workflows and the SewerAI platform (AutoCode, PIONEER, Risk & Rehab) — enough to run credible discovery with a Director of Public Works.

  • Resilience under volume. The book is big and the motion is fast. You don't get rescued — you figure it out.

Nice-to-haves

  • SaaS or other technical sales experience.

  • Public-sector, municipal, or utility sales experience.

  • Direct field experience — camera truck, inspection crew, or utility operations.

  • Comfort self-sourcing: territory planning, conference follow-up, and named-account multi-threading.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE

  • Health & wellness — comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.

  • Meaningful equity — share in the company's long-term success.

  • Remote-first & flexible — remote and hybrid friendly, with flexible hours.

  • Learning & development — an annual budget for courses, conferences, and professional growth.

  • Unlimited PTO — take the time you need to recharge and bring your best self to work.

  • A team that's been there — mission-driven people who genuinely care about the work and the people who do it underground.

COMPENSATION

On-target earnings of $130,000, split 50/50 between base salary and commission ($65,000 base + $65,000 variable), with commission accelerators above quota. Plus full benefits, and remote-first flexibility.

Pay transparency: The posted on-target earnings reflect base plus expected commission at target. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, performance, and location.
