Are you looking for a customer service job where you can make an impact every day? Do you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy solving problems? If so, we want you on our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate customer account records in Salesforce, including discounts, billing details, and account notes.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally via phone and email to resolve questions and ensure order accuracy.
  • Review and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account information.
  • Enter quotes and orders into Oracle ERP system.
  • Process credit requests and coordinate with the accounting team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0–1 years in customer service, order processing, or administrative support (we’ll train the right candidate!).
  • Skills:
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP a plus

The target salary range for this role is $20-$22 an hour plus annual bonus.
