  • Ensure proposed configurations appropriately leverage Badger Meter’s full product suite—software, hardware, and integrated systems.

Lead Post‑Sales Technical Execution

  • Provide expert guidance on installation requirements, configuration, optimization, and system integration.
  • Deliver hands‑on support during product deployment and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation and sustained customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain engagement with customers after installation to reinforce long‑term relationships and ensure solution performance.

Develop Technical Proposals & RFP Responses

  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, bid packages, and RFP submissions that reflect accuracy, feasibility, and customer alignment.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure technical content supports organizational standards and sales strategies.

Guide Customers Through Technical Challenges

  • Engage directly with customers to understand operational constraints, technical needs, and compliance drivers within the water/wastewater, utility, or industrial sectors.
  • Recommend best‑fit configurations that optimize system performance and meet regulatory or industry standards.

Educate & Mentor

  • Conduct technical training for internal teams and external customers, ensuring strong understanding of system capabilities and product applications.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource to junior staff, fostering ongoing technical skill development across the team.

Support Market Engagement

  • Represent Badger Meter at tradeshows, industry events, and technical seminars.
  • Demonstrate leadership in articulating the value of our smart water technologies to prospective customers and partners.
