What You Will Contribute:
Production Worker
Join our manufacturing team and play a critical role in building high-quality metering and meter-reading technology products. As a Production Associate, you'll work across assembly, molding, machining, testing, and packaging operations, utilizing both manual and automated equipment to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
This is a hands-on role that offers variety, cross-training opportunities, and the chance to work in multiple production areas based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, inspect, and package meter products according to quality and customer specifications.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including assembly, testing, molding, and machining equipment.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures to meet daily production goals.
- Perform quality checks using visual inspections, gauges, and measurement tools.
- Use computer systems to review schedules, access work instructions, and update production status.
- Load, unload, count, and identify materials and finished products.
- Operate multiple machines or workstations as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- Rotate between departments and production processes to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete internal forklift and hazmat training.

Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Requires manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Must be able to pass an audiogram test.
