We are looking to add to our Talent team with an Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the execution of XPV’s Talent program. This role provides the opportunity to impact the Talent process and decisions at the Executive level of XPV’s portfolio companies, as well as within the XPV team. The role comes with the unique opportunity to gain exposure across XPV’s companies while making a meaningful contribution to their growth. You will have an opportunity to:

  • Master XPV’s Talent process with guidance from the Talent Principal
  • Gain direct exposure to portfolio company executive candidates by participating in candidate interviews and ensuring seamless execution of the Talent process
  • Deliver analysis and actionable insights to support candidate assessments and decisions
  • Over time, assume a leadership role for the recruitment of XPV’s Intern Program
  • Support the continuous improvement of XPV’s Talent Program

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in humanities, social sciences or business
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Talent/Recruitment space
  • Experience in a fast-moving, small/growth company setting
  • Experience executing on a recruitment process
  • Inquisitive, with a continuous learning and improvement mindset
  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Able to process large volumes of information
