As climate change and pollution increasingly threaten our limited freshwater resources, protecting groundwater has become more urgent than ever. With approximately half of our drinking water sourced from groundwater, iFLUX enables enhanced protection and sustainable management of this vital resource.
Effective groundwater management begins with reliable data. iFLUX delivers essential insights into groundwater dynamics for contaminated site owners, water utilities, remediation consultants, and municipalities.
To achieve our commercial objectives and internationalization plans, iFLUX is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Growth Manager for the remediation sector.
Responsibilities- Drive commercial success alongside colleagues in the Sales & Marketing team
- Shape commercial direction through your market knowledge and understanding of iFLUX solutions, translating strategies into actionable priorities
- Close significant deals (€100-300K range) - a skill you've demonstrated throughout your career
- Engage with clients to deeply understand their groundwater monitoring challenges
- Develop winning proposals and competitive bids
- Collaborate with the management team on international expansion initiatives
- Master's degree, preferably in a scientific discipline (geology or similar) or technical field
- 8+ years of experience selling customized solutions, ideally within drinking water, construction, or remediation sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of groundwater/hydrogeology and/or our core markets: remediation, drinking water utilities, environmental management, dewatering, and urban water management
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with clients and business networks, supported by outstanding communication skills
- Effective in team environments while capable of independently driving deals to completion
- Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French and/or German is highly advantageous
- Collaborative team player who works seamlessly with internal experts and project managers
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and articulating clear vision
- Solution-oriented with proactive initiative-taking abilities
- Influential communicator who gains stakeholder buy-in through attentive listening and inspiration
