What do you bring?
Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in project management
- Work in a structured manner, maintain overview and set thoughtful priorities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while monitoring both budget and planning
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (team, client, suppliers)
Technical Background
- Familiarity with groundwater field tests, including infiltration tests and groundwater well monitoring, with the ability to interpret results and efficiently plan and coordinate field activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hydrogeology, supported by practical experience in a professional setting, is essential.
- Experience with groundwater models or soil remediation is an additional asset
Language Skills
- Professional speaking and writing skills in English (level C1) and either Dutch or French (level C1) is a must
Mindset
- Scale-up experience is not required, but you feel comfortable in a context where much is happening
- Think proactively, be solution-oriented and take responsibility for your projects
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for colleagues and partners: clear, approachable and decisive
- Switch easily between thinking and doing: sometimes progress is needed, sometimes precision down to the details
- You're not afraid to get your hands dirty with fieldwork when needed
- Eager to travel frequently for short periods of time (3-5 days)
