BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Time Commitment
40 hours per week
Location
Washington, DC area, preferred.
Classification
Employee, compensation commensurate with experience, range 70-90k.
Training & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, HR, operations, or a related field.
3-8years of professional experience in consulting, HR, business operations, marketing, project management or related fields.
Proficiency with office and administrative software, including MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
Desired Qualifications
Proven organizational skills, including time management.
Project management experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Wix or other website development software, digital content management systems, and social media platforms not required but a plus
